There was a time when we loved working for the organization! We had creative freedom and our work was acknowledged if not appreciated. That time is long gone.

Dislikes

Its more corporate with deadlines and follow-ups without any consideration for challenges being faced or support required. There is zero responsibility and accountability towards the employees by the senior management and leadership.
