The Environment , everyone's very friendly accept the management

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits , Alot of Politics , Literally you'll have to be Spoon for the Managers to get good hike or even appraisal. The policy are really bad.

Nothing to be honest; There is no clarity on promotions from HR managers and upper authority since ages for all employees; Some are doing great hard work still don't promote their employees giving lame reasons even people who have recieved awards for their work.
