Things I liked at Udaan was too much involvement in your work. No training and other things. You will be assigned an area, just go and develop it. So ultimately you learn kn field by doing it yourself. They provide you good salary on basis of your experience, but there is much more pressure, compared to other sales jobs. No work life balance. But I learned too much at Udaan in my 6 months job period. Thanks a lot....Read More
