As an off-role employee in Ultra Tech Cement Ltd.. Like caught by a curse of discrimination, partiality is systematic here HR never listens to your grievances nor does your manager think of your problem. There is no job security even after 5 to 10 years of experience because they count you always fresher in situations of new on-rollvacancies, they never hire you in on-roll and keep you always off-role. You will be a second-class employee in residential accommodations and canteen services. You are not allowed in employee gatherings and celebrations. You have to wear labor outfits even if you are working as an office guy. Corporation culture is a scam here no ID-Card for off-roll employees, and you are nothing in the organization. GPA and GMP are great frauds and no hospital accepts their insurance policies, it's easier to get benefits from governmental welfare schemes rather than from a company's insurance. Ultra tech never allowed you to live in its township's family quarters, you have to forcibly live in ghettos and slums like rooms with common washrooms without any hygiene and sanitation. Discrimination is systematic and in the company's roots. Ultra Tech Cement Ltd propagates physical safety but doesn't care about mental and emotional safety....Read More
