Well laid out polices , procedures , learning and development. Excellent plant infrastructure and well equiped and maintained townships..

Dislikes

Some times peoples are more influential and important then laid down policies and procedures... many times local management goes overboard then top management views... typically when it comes to Manpower and controlling it

I could get more exposure to bigger things, could express and implement new ideas and learn more things on the job...
