Working at Uniqlo was an extremely toxic experience, the management is not nice and supportive at all, for the top manage always the employees were wrong but not those who just give order by sitting in the stock room or managers room over the phone, they constantly harp on so-called mindset issue problems which creates a psychological damaging environment and undermines employees morale it felt manipulative and degrading moreover theres a bizzare push to force fit japanese work culture into indian context ignoring local realities and overburdening the employee under the guise of dicipline and growth, the stressfull, dehumanizing work place i would not recommend anyone to who values respect,support and healthy work culture and if you are good in licking someone and do join because the managers like those kind of people only,...Read More

It’s a suffocating environment, where Japanese treat you as their servants and can do anything. HR is like a puppet who follows orders and has no say.

Dislikes

Only Japanese are giving oppurtunities to lead, there are no growth opportunities for Indians. They are quite racist and HR does nothing even if you highlight. It’s toxic to the core. Do yourself a favour never join this company it will mentally ruin you
