JOB SECURITY is good. Owners are very good. They never fire anyone.

Only thing before being recruited, please check whom you will be reporting to. It all depends upon your boss. Otherwise company is okay. some of the senior team leads are very toxic. They will make you sit after office hours and micromanagement is frustrating. Also blame game.
