Dislikes

School based approach. Managers like their subordinates to keep informing them on everything. Highly biased with women employees. Year end ratings are absolutely biased. Heineken influence very high and leadership not quite very impressive.

To be honest nothing there is good, not rhe canteen, because they've built canteen for HO people alone , us who are working in shfits will not be able access and the other canteen conditions are terrible

Dislikes

The way we have been treated, they dont involve us in anything, be it a small celebration, hr says that she had shared a mail or so and so but we barely use a computer so its their duty to atleast call anyone of us and inform and so many such things are there but they dont agree with it

Culture , legacy redundant process . Siloed functions mostly independent contributors so high dependency on individuals . Units work on Saturdays , so mostly end up working 6 days and have to take laptop even on vacations
