Bank was good before imposition of directives under 35A by RBI. Work life balance was also good. But now they have terminated all the Management Trainees from the Bank without any prior notice on 31st August 2020 citing bank's severe financial condition due to directives under 35A imposed by RBI.

Low Pay. Slow growth and long trainee period.

There is nothing liking in it they have never ever supported there staff instead of supporting their staffs they have terminated 300 employees during covid situation

Very bad work environment and culture , banks policies are not good. They have terminated 250 management trainess as bank is under imposition of Section 35A of the Banking regulation act 1949 in this Pandemic situation.
