Look they try to be good. Flexible HR Policy. They try to take care of their employees

Dislikes

Promotion and increment are only given to Localities.. No pay scale..... HR, Deans and Directors are like statues except for SoL Dean ( he is superb). Person who keep silent and if he or she performs well also, no increment for them

New management and the current culture. They are promoting bootlicker males and good looking open females. University has become a page 3 corporate company. You will find retired bigshots in research just for the namesake so that they can inflate the research profile of the university artificially, hence NIRF ranking and NAAC grade.The fundamentals means classroom teaching are its lowest level since the inception of UPES. All good teachers either left the university or forced to resign by insecure management led by VC....Read More

Situated at a very scenic location. Students are descent and friendly. A very few of the coworkers are really adorable & helpful.

Majority of the old + senior staff believes in securing their own job at the cost of other's. They work in their own comfort zone & simultaneously, ignore, humiliate, disrespect, and sometimes abuses new comers.
