Strength of Officers & Supervisor is thin , therefore individual concern is having enormous opportunity to develop him self in multidisciplinary activities . The work cultural of the company was excellent and management is always ready to adopt latest technology particularly in mining operations. The policy of the company for the development of officers & executives was also excellent . The company is awarding the individual as per his performance. As mentioned above, the strength of executives is thin , the work pressure was very high. The Career growth of individual depend on his performance and company will always restricted for forwarding the individual application for seeking the employment in other public sector. The training module for the executives is not up to themark therefore freshers will get job training through seniors which is painful for them....Read More

My work was challenging as I have to look after two department Management Studies ( Implement ion of Management studies carried out by third party or through in house). In addition to this department I was also overall in-charge of Admin & P Irs.

Very slow growing company, Thinking of top management is not industry oriented. Quarters are deteriorating day by day. Salary and incentive not at per market rate. Lacking of adapting new technologies.
