1.Unhealthy work culture :management treats employees like machines, not professionals 2.No work-life balance; they constantly monitor your hours, lunch breaks, and interactions with colleagues 3.Zero technical leadership; many (Most)managers lack technical expertise and focus only on trivial compliance 4.Rampant favoritism; promotions go to personal favorites, not high performers or technically skilled employees 5.Restrictive leave policies; getting more than 2 days off is unusually difficult, while managers freely take WFH and personal time 6.Hostile environment; being friendly or collaborative (especially across genders) can get you into unnecessary trouble Advice to Management: Focus on building a professional, respectful, and growth-oriented culture. Empower your employees instead of micromanaging them. Recognize merit over favoritism. Invest in strong technical leaders who can guide and inspire teams. Good work culture and management is also friendly. If you are able to your and issue is genuine,they will understand and not blame. However they will ask you to only to deal with situation.

Dislikes

Your work life balance will depend on project and on you how you are dealing, you have to deal with client directly for this, if you ask manager to forward you issue they will ask you to direct contact with client .

Work life is good and depends on project work life may be vary. Job security is not sure much. Interview processes are very simple there are two rounds one is technical (depends on experienced technology Core Java, Springboot, Microservices) and another one is Manager round and on boarding was very smoothly completed at Virtually.

Dislikes

Management is not good is more on politics and we need to work Indian holidays sometimes. Hike also very less.

-I have met good people who promotes healthy work culture and doesnt allow to work beyond normal working hours. -Celebrations are celebrated at peak.

Dislikes

-There are worst people who suck the soul out of you, promotes "modern day slavery" as "professionalism" and forces everyone to change the mindset as "work is life". These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop</mark>. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on. And most important thing is if you have influence and contacts inside the organisation then you will enjoy the UST life, else it will be a lifelong trauma. -Dont ever join UST by looking at social media marketings, promotions and social media contents....Read More

1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin</mark>. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. No Projects in Pipeline. Most of the projects are short term. After every project you have attend multiple rounds to get a new project. Usually, there will be always 2 to 3 months gap for each project assignment. In case there is no project, they will move you to Talent pool and force you to quit the job within two to three months. it doest matter you worked for 3 years or 5 years.
