Friendly and caring teammates, training was not bad , Am the one who left the job , because I had an opportunity to work in abroad, during the period of 5 years I have learned lot , Salary and appraisals are not bad , most of the time we have to use our presence of mind to take on the spot decision.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, I have to work 12~19 hours in a day , some time we have to work on Sundays and late night. Because of late night or Sunday works If we took 1 day leave they do deductions from our salary .

Work Details

As a senior construction engineer I have to manage all the sites program and progress according to the client schedule, I have to handle my workers in good manners , to me without workers we can’t achieve our programs. I have to handle all site clients

Work timings: Strict Timings

They do pay mobile airtime ,they do provide free internet modem and laptop ( for senior level people only )
