I briefly worked as a dedicated freelancer at Vajra Global. Oct 2021 - Jan 2022. The payment and salary were reasonable and credited on time. Unfortunately, they kicked me out and didn't give me two months of salary without any prior notice because my writing became poor. There is no proper training before assigning work. Once the writers make slips, a volley of instructions is given with random examples. Hence, i could not keep up my spirit. I believe this should be the case for many to quit
