Everything. They will send you JD for the domain you are working in and ask questions for the same, pretending to hire you in same domain. But when you join the company they will provide you the work which is, not at all, related to your domain.Moreover, there is no training or induction for the new employees hired. Lala g presume that you know it all, from excel to accounts to IT and so on. People here do not have ettiquetes to talk to you. You are a slave for your manager and if you oppose to that, manager behaves like an enemy. If you call him for taking a leave or some other approval, he doesn't know you. Also, in response he will ask you your reporting manager name lol. According to the Manager, if you are not extending your working hours evetyday, it is considered that you are 'Kaamchor'. They doesnot have any empathy. Even if you are attending funeral of your relative, they will ask you to take a meeting. They can extend your probation even after giving you an award for best performance, that too without discussion. But this is not it. When you resign and wants to get out of this toxic culture, they will traumatise you more. Firstly, the manager will not share acceptance of resignation. Secondly, when you ask for it, they will say every mean thing possible to you and then they will share the acceptance. After that, they will assign so much of extra work to you that you will have to work on weekends too. And if you oppose, they will threaten you saying that they can ruin your career by giving negative impact to prospective employer and retaining your F&F and relieving letter. Anyhow, when you move on and the day comes for f&f, you have to keep pursuing them for relieving letter. Even if they release your relieving letter, the salary that was on hold will not get released. If you will call them, they will tell you about different approvals as if this has to be sanctioned from PMO office. Its been more than 60 days, I am struggling to get my last salary credited to my account. Everyday I call them to get it settled but no action. I request everyone "Please do not join this company at any cost, its a hell on earth itself". Funny thing is, you will a get a cutting chai made by peon of the office everyday. The company doesnot have enough funds to afford one cup of tea two times a day for their employees. LOL. No cafeteria or any recreation facility for employees. Absolutely nothing. It's a small setup and they take some shoddy odd jobs to be done at below market price for their survival. The promoter has kept some unprofessional management who are his college friends and know nothing about consulting, can be called as "Munims", and he hides from dirty politics under their veil

Dislikes

Small Office No increments no Job Safety No brand name Poor quality of HR Management Management/Operations Team is a bunch of unprofessional trying to save their own job. Should never join even if they chase you. Job security has never been heard off here.

Valueonshore works with many clients who are from different sectors. By doing so, the company has broadened its horizon. For the employees, this is quite advantageous, as we get exposure in multiple domains. Personally speaking, when I get to work with such clients, I am able to learn many new things. So, my knowledge keeps on increasing.

Dislikes

The number of working days and hours are fine. If only the timings were changed a little, I would have been more satisfied.

The company operates in promoter driven management style..There is no proper appraisal process. There is lot of favoritism. Job security is very low in this company. You can be asked to leave anytime without proper notice and compensation.They have health insurance but the employees ate required to pay premium.if you get to work in assurance, TAS, taxation then it's good otherwise they mostly outsource their employees to companies for petty assignments which is not worth a experience...Read More
