There is nothing to be likable in this organisation. You dont know when you will get your salary. you dont know whether next month you will be get a job or will sit idle at home on LWP forcefully by the organisation.

Easy to get job here, with good work life balance. Here people come and go, their HR is quite qualified to hire again and again

They don’t stick on their words, at the time joining fake promises were made, but they are very professional in denying things One last advice, to HR specifically Don’t make promises that you clearly can’t keep. It’s unprofessional, misleading, and shows a complete lack of integrity. If your words means nothing that’s a reflection on your service.
