The company is adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable. People come from various cultural background and work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy. Company specially taking care of women employee.

Dislikes

Company is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 12-14 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late night too. Manager do not value. I do receive appreciation emails, call from client l,but mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals

New opportunities as the plant is just 4 years old.
Lot of ongoing activities like TPM, IATF, OHSHAS, ISO, GreenCO etc. Certified.

Dislikes

Nothing is perfect and so is it over here with few lapses in the ideal company.
Things take its own sweet time and prolonging would conflict your interest towards working for it.
Changes don't happen much easily but it's growing than what it was earlier and probably might change in coming future.

I was much enjoyed during my job tenure since from 15Nov-2011 to 31 Mar–2015. Such a wonderful place for job and staff also very helpful.

No chance for career growth for lower post employees.
