Salary offered was at par with the average market value. It's a permanent WFH, so can say work life balance is good. Appraisals are fair and justified.

Dislikes

No learning opportunities. Job security is at its worst. Not sure why the top management is unable to secure new projects.

They give God salary for your work...u will get system and ups technically required equipment will be provided..

Dislikes

Too much micro management , they lay off the employee witout giving prior intimation. And there no scope for south Indian ..irrespective of your performance they always give importance to North Indian especially Mumbai employee centered company...

Proper process training is given as well as getting opportunity to learn different systems required for Title Search. Scope of career growth is really good by judging your performance.

Dislikes

Need to work more on HR part. As response from HR is really slow even after doing several follow up's.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

One of the worst company every came across...felled like. I have wasted my years working in it. If your are looking out to make a career in mortgage it's not your place . They will lure you with the talk first which they are very good at and then there promise work will be under pipeline as they keep sayingor: #fff5e4;">. Don't think about appraisal for atleast one and a half year and yes not to forget it's a gujju company run by a muslim manager you can also call it a muslim quota company as there are lot of partiality happens over</mark>. There a people who have joint and left the very next week as they were not getting the salary as promise so be aware etc...Good luck if you still wanna jump into a pool of ungrown depressing unenjoyable environment....Read More
