There is no job security company's HR promised over the call that they would pay for notice period and nothing was mentioned in offer letter however when FNF statement was send HR started asking for supporting documents and they denied to pay for FNF amount.

Dislikes

Verity has formed a corporate training department to upskill employees in usa mortgage domain is like a danger zone wherein all employees feels like a tortured day by day. Most of trainers are like jellers of prisoners.

Managers are yet to learn few leadership traits to motivate team members and get 100% production. Poor appreciation to key contributors in the team. There is no proper heirarcy.
