Declared policies are killed on the tables of bosses . Some old bosses are so bossy that they do not allow subordinates to grow and they do everything to make survival difficult for sub-ordinates . Mostly assassination of reputation with conspiracy. Finally person has to resign to get rid of politics and conspiracy. really with out any doubt it a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD PLACE TO LEARN. Join there if you want to learn, start your career. Easily you can talk with top management people with out any restrictions.
