Likes

The company gave exposure to the Automotive sector. As a result, I get to travel to major Auto-manufacturing clusters in India. Another plus point do Designers is that will see new technologies and parts in Automotive Sector. No bondation on software to work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes no training for fresher, hence senior persons have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product design and marketing as well as day to day operations. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes. As long as I get to work closely with clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
