its an employee centric organization but it ultimately boils down to the management

The VP and a GM of TSSI Network are pathetic to work with, they are just interested in savings and nothing else, they are literally puppets of on shore team, team in Italy throws the garbage to them and they just accept is with pride and transfer it to their sub ordinates. Attrition rate in tssi network is almost 40%
