One unexpected perk of working here is how my colleagues’ consistent confusion makes me feel like the smartest person in the room — truly a case of 'in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

Dislikes

This company is a complete joke. The job description was a total lie — six months in and I still have no clue what my actual role is supposed to be. Zero clarity, pathetic communication from so-called "management," and no real guidance. It’s like they expect you to magically figure everything out while they sit around doing nothing.Work-life balance? Doesn’t exist. You're overloaded with unrealistic expectations and treated like a machine. And to top it off, they haven’t even credited my salary — it’s been over 50 days and I’m still waiting. ₹75,000 just stuck somewhere, with no updates, no apology, nothing. I have EMIs to pay and this mess has created serious financial stress — but clearly, they don't give a damn. The worst part? No response. No transparency. No accountability. They just ignore you like you don’t matter. If this is how they treat their employees, I can’t imagine how they run anything else. If you're thinking of joining this company — don't. Nothing specific. Though some team mates were good.

Dislikes

The management has no idea what they want to do with the business, has no idea how to scale up the business. By some fluke they got some funding. ( jst about 2M) and just like any start-up hired people without even setting up their KRAs before hand. Then after few months, the funds dried up and they started throwing people out. Right now the company has funds to give till March and no new clients. Mark my work VOIZ will be a history in next 6 months....Read More
