You will get connected to higher management while working on some projects and get some good connections that will help you in your career.

Dislikes

No proper Roadmaps and planning regarding the project and product.Timeline changes everytime and lack of poor support from Product team.And also the development stack is a in house tool so once you're too much used to it you will definitely start forgetting Java.

They have there own product for development bcoz of that no other technologies to learn everything product handle ,no use in market ,no work life balance, I have been working with volante last 1.5 year, internal politics, blame game, no weekend, work late nights, HR policies terrible, playing with developer carrer.
