Absolutely clueless management especially at the Siliguri floor. The owner only wants to make money out of the the employees. They make you work like donkeys when the demand for assignments are on the peak and then treat you like shits when workload decreases. Frequent policy changes as per their convenience and favouritism is at its peak.
