Good for freshers as their salary range is quite low. You can learn new things. Some of the employees are really good. Salary on time.

Too much politics. Oiling seniors is the key to success here. ( Even if they are wrong) Some of the manager's/ co-ordinator's behaviour is really rude. They don't even know how to behave. So be aware before joining any similar role as a junior. They will expect you to stay at office extra hour every day even if you complete your work on time as some of the senior has a habit of staying at office for long time to impress boss. If you are joining with a high salary then be aware, There is a very less chance of your confirmation after probation, no matter how good your performance is. There is not much opportunity to grow here if you are joining as an experienced person. Appraisal is very low<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
