This company for around 9 years is operating in health and wellness. They have centres across Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.... (Now Bangalore is completely closed, Pune only one is operating and in Mumbai 90% are closed)

Dislikes

My tenure with them was for almost 2 years (2017-2019). I joined them thinking that will learn new things and may help me in my early career growth and learning in medicine. However, in the first 6 months of joining, I understood the malpractice carried out. The health checkups are not done properly and people are charged more than 2 times of a normal health checkup as compared to other similar health clinics. People would complain about the hygiene of centers across all locations. They don't have the facility of doing all tests under one roof. People are sent to different partner clinics for the rest of the test. The HO is located in Fort, area, Mumbai. Two to three years back no one from HO will ever bother to understand the concern of employees and never took any suggestions or feedback from center employees... Never seen any implementation of ideas happening at my center were I was placed... I am still connected with some doctors of Healthspring and a few other employees. Now the situation is even worst. Employees are not getting salary on time for almost more than one year. The company is in deep trouble since Jan-2019... No bounds, incentive or even travel expense is paid to the employees or any other staff for more than a year now... Also, they didn't offer health insurance to employees... The HR will always keep the employees in dark and no communication was made properly....Read More

I only liked my Job profile, being a nutritionist I really got good number of patients. This helped me to learn and implement my knowledge. Patients also got very good results with my counselling and diet plans.

I hated the sales and revenue profile about my job profile. They purely want you to sell their products and don't focus on customer service. The HR department is the worst out of all. HR policies changes everytime. Suddenly the notice period is changed from One month to two months. This company can terminate you any point of time if it feels. No respect to the employees and no job security. It is pool of dirty politics.No one is interested in their work. Third class management. Kindly avoid working here. It's better to be jobless than working with wellspring pvt Ltd. The zonal and cluster managers are extremely worst. They don't respect the doctors. Forces you to do malpractices. Forces the doctors to prescribe drugs even if it's not needed to make revenue. It is purely a health shop. Do not join this company....Read More
