HR dept is very much supportive. And other benefits of travelling, lunch facilities, etc are also good.

Totally man oriented approach. Man oriented processes... If you take leave you have to work double on next day due to man oriented processes. They don't even bother to change the same. happy in doing so..... Neither having clear vision nor taking any further steps to improve current working condition.... Very poor attitude... If that remains the same no one specially youngsters will leave the company after particular time....Read More
