I have seen a healthy work culture, team has been very supportive and work life balance is a priority for the team. Have learned a lot in client facing roles with challenges and growth. From lavish annual offsites to team celebrations and breaks, I enjoyed the team's culture.

Due to client facing role in the US , I had to stretch at times which was a little overwhelming at times.

Being a small organization, you get to learn a lot with independence in your work with no micro-management. Coworkers are supportive and management listens and tries to solve your problems. Even in Covid where many companies were deducting salaries, received full salaries, and got appraisal as well in the next cycle. A lot of training are organized so you keep on learning.

The little extra workload at times. Need to have more extra team activities.
