They are very flexible and allows you to work from home. Job Security, Salary will get credited on last day of month always. Everyone in the team is always ready to listen your ideas and guide you for implementation.

I am helping clients in writing interactive proposals for their clients. It involves a lot of graphic design work, technical understanding and heavy rich media. But, I always motivate whenever my team leader and client appreciate me.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I had full autonomy over my work, though there was time to time evaluation whenever required.I got opportunity to explore and exercise my creativity in my work with little supervision and maximum support..I also learnt new things related to my work.
