Appraisal is bad and lot of politics. No transparency and they don’t try to retain good resources. It is pretty bad after Xchanging was acquired by Csc and then dxc.

Xchanging is a good company for learning prospective as the amount of work and the quality of work done here is preety good. Your managers and Senior manager also support you whenever you need there help in getting things done.

Dislikes

The process of recognition and appraisal is not very good. As after xchanging was acquired by CSC and till now it has become DXC the minimum period needed to get appraisal and promotion has been extended to 2 years. As before this they are not allocating any appraisal or promotion to any employee.
