All teams progress diligently in a congenial manner. I am a part of a team that assists in system integrations andprovide technical support to the teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions kept up to date. The pandemic has continued to be stressful on personal and professional lives, nevertheless Xilinx has managed to sail through it as health & safety of employees is its primary concern. Good people. Friendly work culture. good office. Good projects and overall transparency to see/study about projects. Every level employee is given opportunity Initial Package is good.

Dislikes

very poor gender ratio. Promotions are very very very slow. Hikes are very less. Work life balance mostly poor.
