There is good working environment in the company where everyone is friendly and wants to grow their career. There are not a lot of places where one gets to improve their skills. There is excellent work-life balance. Working environment is not bad, and there is room for growth based on performance.

Dislikes

Though the compensation is competitive, increased compensation flexibility in certain positions can be afforded. There may be occasional pressure to deliver deadline, but that is taken care of by the management team.

The corporate culture was certainly well-developed with a structured approach in everything. I like when everything is ordered and there is misunderstanding between the departments. Another benefit of working here was my personal development as a marketing specialist. The company helps at this point, understanding the importance of personal development and assisting with necessary training. And of course the last benefit- salary was decent

Dislikes

For this development and ordered work environment, I needed to pay the price of the time. I can’t say it’s a perfect place for those seeking just spending a time from 9 to 17. Here, you gotta work. Probably, minus for me was a strongly built hierarchy, making it hard to advance further in my career.

Thanks to xs.com, as my experience working with them was truly exceptional. As a marketing manager there, i enjoyed a high salary and felt really fulfilled in my role. Furthermore, the environment helped me to get better at my job day by day.

Dislikes

Even though the job is satisfactory, keeping balance between work and life could be hard. There is too much work to do and the deadlines are close, but this is a rare situation. Apart from that, i did not notice any big downsides of working at this company.
