i also like the employee hire policy here.i also like the Japanese working culture.

Growth is slow.the work pressure is very high some time.i have to work 10 to 11 hours in a day and travail more hours during the work.managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestion most off time.

Everything is horrible at yakult.

Dislikes

Japanese & Indian management are against the employees welfare. They made it Lala company. They made a environment of dictatorship. Their HR think they are the owner of Yakult and each and mostly employees are corrupted. HR recruit their relatives and knows only. If you raise your voice, they all together will make a horrible work scenario for you. Japanese management is so abusive. Work pattern is so basic and old. They didn't adopted any of the technology. They have very unhygienic system to produce product. They didn't provide overtime and even they didn't provide leave. HR wants you yo work 7 days in week and many more things were there....Read More
