Joined ZenQ in 2019 as a fresher. I loved everything about my company. ZenQ provides stress-free environment and great work culture. I would highly recommend ZenQ for a newbie to start career.

Company policies are good, we can cash the privileged leaves every quarter which is a good thing. Work culture is good, your hard work will gets you recognition. Job security is good as long as you are growing and improving yourself.

Dislikes

In some projects the recognitions are rare and sometimes we can see that people whose agreement is going to get over will get most recognitions

payscale, festival gifts They make work freshers like experienced but wont give enough hikes and salary. Everytime , freshers who come through walkin can see a great diff almost 50% less package when compared to campus hires.. But make us work like hell. Even if you are the single resource for the project and manage everything(both manual and automation), you wont get a good hike. And manager questions you what did you do to the project. Even with 4+ rating in appraisal, you will get only 40k-50k hike for 3+ exp. Even then your package will be less than new hires. There will be some projects where 10 working hours are not at all sufficient and this is the case everyday. We have to attend many calls a day, complete the work in time, personal client calls.
