In comparison with other pharma companies in Verna Industrial Estate the work load was lesser. Most of the Managers are friendly in nature.

Dislikes

No scope for much growth. Pay scale is low.

Work Details

There is no proper discipline in the working environment and the labs need to get more upgraded. Most of the lab technicians were friendly and hard working as well, but some at senior level had ego issues and did not coordinate properly.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
