Lack of Basic Facilities: - Pantry space is inadequate, making it difficult for employees to eat comfortably. - Quality of the provided food is unsatisfactory and often unhygienic. - The evening snacks consist of murmura with peanuts, which feels more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to provide nourishment—certainly notwhat one expects at an IT company. - Office chairs are broken or worn out, and no proper relaxation areas (e.g., gaming zones or breakout rooms) which contributes to fatigue. 2<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Inflexible Work Hours: - Official hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, often stretching to 9:30 PM, severely affecting work-life balance</mark>. - There's little to no flexibility in this schedule, making it tough for employees with personal responsibilities. 3. Rigid Work-from-Office (WFO) Policy: - Despite unpredictable Mumbai rains and commuting challenges, no exceptions or leniency is shown in the WFO mandate. - The leave policy is one of the most stringent: only 16 days per year (including sick and casual), and 0.5 leave is deducted for each day of WFO absence—even under unavoidable circumstances. - Even on non-scheduled days, employees can't voluntarily visit the office due to seating constraints, which highlights poor infrastructure planning. 4. Unapproachable HR and Lack of Empathy: - HR representatives are often dismissive of employee concerns and lack sensitivity in communication. - Feedback is generally discouraged or not acted upon. - HR here is infamously unapproachable and authoritarian, showing little to no concern for employee well-being. - Communication from HR is often curt, robotic, and unprofessional. Politeness and empathy are absent. Expect replies after multiple follow-ups, if at all. - There is zero genuine interest in employee development or satisfaction—only strict enforcement of rules, unrealistic expectations, and maximizing work output with no regard for human limitations. - Purely profit-first, people-last. - During emergencies like heavy rains, power cuts, or family medical issues, requests for WFH are bluntly denied, with cold responses that show no human understanding. 5. Minimal Employee Engagement or Perks: - No recreational activities, employee engagement events, or wellness programs. - The overall culture feels transactional rather than people-centric. 6. Limited Health Coverage: - Health insurance is restricted to spouse and children, leaving out dependent parents—despite the majority of employees being young and unmarried. This seems like a cost-cutting measure rather than a thoughtful benefit policy. 7. Learning Depends Entirely on Project Allocation: - There is no structured learning or upskilling support. Your growth is entirely dependent on the kind of project you are assigned to. If you're unlucky, learning stagnates quickly. If you highly value your personal time, basic work amenities, and a healthy work-life balance, this company may not be the right fit. Poor skill development. I just say 'bakwas projects' for most of the projects. Doing Hybrid System with 3 days in week, which is not suitable for Mumbai City. I think, company should there office less congested city like Navi Mumbai or some other city. There is no work life balance if we haveto come 3 days a week in Mumbai City</mark>. Company assumes that all the employees are getting their salary to spend whole on rent, they don't need any other things. They assumes, all employees lives near Peninsula Business Park, lower Parel. They don't care if you come from far or nearby. I think company should think of opening 2nd branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to consider their Gujarat based Employees....Read More

I like my current Salary and appraisal as we are currently WFH. After WFO, I think it would not affordable to live in this city with your family in this salary.

Dislikes

Very old projects, too less opportunities to learn skills. Less work satisfaction. Too much work load. Have to work from 11 am to 11 am mostly. Another point, they are not giving any permanent WFH option for those who are too far from Mumbai. Too much risky and boring to reach office through local trains....Read More

Good pay for the freshers, Good place for learning. Good job location with incredible view.

Dislikes

They pressurise the employee to work for atleast 9 hours a day. Sometime they don't give increment. Also they layed off some employees giving reasoning for performance issue. Timing won't matter here, there's no work life balance here.

1. No work life balance. It all depends on project assigned to an employee but on an average it has long working hours with no extra benefits. 2. Although increment is twice a year but it depends on your rating and if it's not good then this increment does not mean anything. Young & helpful crowd work in team. Half-yearly appraisal. The learning is fine if you are lucky enough to be in a good project. Focuses on best practices and clean code writing.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not good. You are supposed to work for long hours and stress is not less. The managers are not good, not at all supportive but impatient. Though there are appraisals twice a year, it's not worth. Less scope of learning. The company does not care about employees.
