Daily Office Life

There are 5 of us girls on the team. The other 4 show up every day in something new perfect hair, new shoes, designer bags.
I wear clean, repeated clothes. Not because I want to, but because I can't afford new ones right now.

Lately, I’ve seen the side glances, heard the whispers ""are dekh bar bar [Zudio ](zudio)ke saste se top pehen ati h, aj fir wahi pehna jo monday pehna tha😢😢 felt the giggles behind my back. 😔 Just wondering:

Is repeating clothes such a crime in a corporate office? Why does it feel like I’m being judged 😢😔

They make fun of me for repeating outfits at work🥹

You get praise when you handle your mangers job better... so that you won't understand it.. and they can give more responsibilities to you.
And they don't like when you go on exact time 7pm.. they always wants you to work extra.. if u leave at 7 means you don't work you are pretending to work.. if you had work you would have stayed late.

Because Managers can't handle their responsibilities and can't justify their salary 2lacs/month they ask their juniors to justify their salary who are not even 1/6 of their salary..
Like this juniors learn :
1) how to work in pressure 
2) how to handle big task without experience 
3) how to face client without even knowing them
4) how to do multiple jobs at same time...(yours tasks+mangers tasks)
5) and learn to work 2 days straight from office.. without sleeping and caring about yourself.

Owner driven company and more like a dictatorship. Even if you plan a 100 things and start doing it, owner will come and disturb everything

Sales Manager

Horrible company and horrible owner. Makes you work 10 am to 7 pm 6 days a week. Owner makes a WhatsApp group and send stupid 7th standard jokes and expects you to laugh on it ( this is kind of mandate ). Better to put a momos ka stall outside a metro station and earn less than working for a stupid man and a horrible company like this.

If anyone wants to make his or her life good or want to learn so they should definitely join.

Zero job security even before pandemic. Salary was okay but almost no career growth. Company policies keeps changing as per the weather and no proper intimation is given to employees.
