Daily Office Life

There are 5 of us girls on the team. The other 4 show up every day in something new perfect hair, new shoes, designer bags.
I wear clean, repeated clothes. Not because I want to, but because I can't afford new ones right now.

Lately, I’ve seen the side glances, heard the whispers ""are dekh bar bar [Zudio ](zudio)ke saste se top pehen ati h, aj fir wahi pehna jo monday pehna tha😢😢 felt the giggles behind my back. 😔 Just wondering:

Is repeating clothes such a crime in a corporate office? Why does it feel like I’m being judged 😢😔

They make fun of me for repeating outfits at work🥹

Nothing in the school management is upto date ... Horrible Management and Administration. No coordination between anyone and no ethics. Nobody values anyone, Salaries not paid in time, last month salary will get credited by the end of this month, very irresponsible behaviour towards staff. No fixed timming to leave ... They only want punch in on time then no matter what time you leave. No benefit to the employee only one who get benefitted is the School. Worst Place to work.

Gossip mongering should be discouraged. It consumes vital energy and precious time without any positive output.

Department Head

Teachers are allowed to use their innovative methods to teach. Cliched methods in the name of ideal methods of teaching-learning are not imposed on teachers.

The head of the school is a narcissist. Tries to portray herself as a spiritual person but does all fraudulent work.

School Teacher

No focus on curriculum. Teachers are asked to do all sort of administrative work. Curriculum is at the periphery. Documents are forced to submit their documents without which they don't give appointment order and don't release their salary. Once you submit, the documents aren't released even after an year of resignation. Worst school and management. Mentally tortures the teachers.

It's really nice. I working as account clerk.   Handling cash petty cash. Attendance enquiries updated enquiries etc

Extremely poor management 
Teachers are asked to do duties which are not in the job profile
Salary is given after almost 1.5 months everytime 
For no reason salary is cut
Rules change without notice
All rules in favour of management 
Curriculum is diluted and no concrete studies in primary years 
The list can go on...

Maharashtra culture followed very nicely.

Very bad, the owner is mentally sick and over age, he harass the staff very badly. Employee has to surrender the original certificates to him and based on that he back mail to staff. No one should to plan to work or study there
