Round: Resume Shortlist Experience: I got shortlisted for almost all the core companies I applied for. I had also applied to those companies which did not fit my profile as a backup. Tips: Start working in your resume as soon as possible. I have observed that the most important criteria for resume shortlisting is CPI. So, try to give your best performance in tests. Get your resume verified by your friends.
