How does Uber sustain high pay, and aggregate hiring?
I don’t see many talking about what goes inside. It would have a low-performing quota for firing but I do see many long-tenured folks there. Even though it’s loss making, I have read good things of its its culture and massive pay.💸
Just wondering if it’s the best place to be in terms of pay and culture.
