FSMO stand for Flexible Master Operation role, there is five roles are available which is dived in two parts one is forest wide roles and another is domain wide roles well in forest wide roles there is two roles are available schema master and domain naming master and in domain wide there is three roles are available PDC, RID and Infrastructure roles and each roles has different responsibility .
