As a Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in expanding our network by onboarding key medical professionals and driving patient acquisition in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard a diverse universe of doctors, especially Oncologists, Gynaecologists, and Physicians, within the Delhi NCR region.

- Engage with highly reputed doctors through calls, in-person meetings, and marketing materials to effectively convey Everhope Oncology's offerings and differentiation.

- Close commercial agreements with doctors for patient referrals, ensuring a smooth experience for both doctors and patients post-referral.

- Collaborate with the central marketing and communications team to design and implement impactful offline activities, such as doctor workshops and talks.

- Achieve monthly patient and revenue targets set for the company.

- Proactively explore and implement creative strategies to achieve and over-achieve targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales (Mandatory).

- Proven exposure within the sales organization of a new-age digital company (Mandatory).

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive results.

- Passion for making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
