Qualifications & Track Record:
- MBA required (preferably from a reputed institution), with 8-10 years of B2B or corporate sales experience.
- Must have a proven ability to manage high-value sales portfolios (- 30-50 crore/month) and lead successful, results-driven teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Regional Sales Strategy:
- Lead the formulation and execution of strategic sales plans to surpass revenue targets and expand market reach across the designated zone.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with top-tier clients. Ensure long-term account retention through exceptional service and engagement.
Revenue Growth & Business Expansion:
- Leverage a diverse portfolio of digital and advertising products to generate new revenue streams, drive upselling, and expand client accounts.
Collaboration with Product Teams:
- Work closely with product and marketing units to align offerings with client needs and market demands. Provide field intelligence to support product innovation.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market shifts to ensure agile decision-making and strategic positioning.

- Demonstrate high standards of integrity and professionalism. Lead by example and promote a values-driven, performance-oriented culture.
