About Us: 98thPercentile is a growing US-based Ed-Tech start-up providing online, after-school enrichment programs in English, Math, Coding, and Public Speaking for the students of grades K-12. Our enrichment programs are designed to enhance your child's overall academic.
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, track leads, follow up on opportunities, and ensure timely closure of sales.
3. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through prospecting, and conversion activities.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
5.Continuously update knowledge of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively position our products and services.
6.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
2.Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
3.Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on results and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
4.Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
5.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
6.Any graduate can apply
7. US/UK Market experience is preferred
8. Minimum 1 year of Inside sales experience required
Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift) 5 days working.
Location: Remote
Salary: up to 5LPA + variables
