Payroll Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll for India operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  
• Manage employee data, including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary processing.
  
• Calculate taxes (P Tax) and social security contributions (PF & ESIC) accurately. Should be able to independently generate PF and ESIC Challans . Knowledge of respective portals a must.
  
• Generate challans and submit them to relevant authorities on time.
  
• Ensure timely submission of ESI returns and maintain accurate records.

• Adv Excel a must

• Should be able to process Salaries of more than 700 employees in excel alongwith all the PF and ESIC Challan generation and submission .
