About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks like React.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js (mandatory).

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend components.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and security in a production environment.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.

- Develop, run, and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability.

- Lead code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, and support agile processes.

- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, ProductManagement, and UI/UX.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5-8 years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.

- Advanced proficiency in React.js (mandatory), along with strong understanding of frontend architecture.

- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, or React Testing Library.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Strong database skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Solid version control experience using Git and familiarity with Git workflows.

- Sound understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Exposure to performance tuning and application security best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and contribute to team goals proactively.
