MEP Manager/Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Manager/Engineer to join our team for General Contracting and Interior Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on-site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, FPS, and PHE systems at the project site as per approved drawings and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Resolve technical and operational issues that arise during the execution of MEP systems.
• Review subcontractors work for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of all MEP systems.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and relevant site documentation.
• Collaborate with the design and planning teams to incorporate any design changes.
• Attend project meetings and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support the project manager in resource planning, scheduling, and monitoring milestones.
• Conduct regular site safety audits and support implementation of risk mitigation practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP site execution for General Contracting or Interior Fit-Out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
