Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day activities of storages warehousing department to ensure maximum manpower efficiency and utilization.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are documented in Manual / SOP form for all India HUBs ( 16 Hubs) .
- Responsible for end-to-end Inventory Management for all the HUBs
- To plan, manage, develop and control all logistic processes including transportation, material control, warehousing and dispatches to ensure finished products are in the right place and at the right time.
- Authored thought leadership content & organized/participated in Conferences & Roadshows on AI in supply chain management in India.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of client needs and positioned AI solutions effectively to users and C-Level.
- Supply Market Intelligence (SMI) for PAN India
- To collect market data, identify best practices for synthesizing and deploying the market information.
- Analysis and share inputs of SMI for strategic business decisions having positive impact on Supply Chain annual budget, customer markets, and financial budgeting of the organization.
- Drive cultural transformation journey at HUBs to live Safety & Quality PAN India
- Develop mechanism to implement, track and enroot ARED and Safety culture at all HUBs. Share a monthly MIS to support robust tracking system.
- Lead and take ownership of Supply Chain Quality for PAN India in partnership with Quality Assurance function to excel the level of Protect Safety, Hygiene at HUB & Distributors.
- Prepare SC Quality audit plan / calendar for the HUBs and Distributors in close coordination with RSM, share monthly reports for audit conducted, compliance status, and trend analysis.
- Think out of box to reach excellence to flourish the culture of Safety & Quality applying ways of working.
- Vendor Assessment & Performance Management PAN India
- To plan, manage, develop and control all logistic processes including transportation logistics, material control, purchase planning, procurement and warehousing to ensure raw materials and finished products are in the right place and at the right time.
- To ensure an efficient and effective transportation logistic and in-market distribution systems throughout India are established and standards met to satisfy customers' demands and contribute to the achievement of sales targets without driving up costs.
- To ensure delivery schedules are set and met to meet the requirements of sales force.
- To ensure loading and unloading is done in such a way as to minimize damage to products.
- To establish and maintain good relations with transport suppliers, shippers and government officials.
- Regularly update short term and long term supply chain strategy to optimize Cost , Quality and service level.
- Good exposure of SCM consulting and Tailored AI Solutions for digital optimization. Provided expert SCM consulting and tailored AI solutions for optimized and digital transformation of supply chain process.
- Led pre-sales activities, crafted demos and solutions for customer problem statements, showcasing AI impact in SCM.
- Authored thought leadership content & organized/participated in Conferences & Roadshows on AI in supply chain management in India.
- Demonstrated deep understanding of client needs and positioned AI solutions effectively to users and C-Level.
- Other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
