Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage with attention to detail to detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs of all surveillance activities and incidents.
• Coordinate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement as necessary.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for management review.

Qualifications

• 3 years diploma or degree is a must.
• 2 yrs experience in CCTV monitoring or any experience relevant to IT Support is must.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of CCTV systems and related technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
